Heat Treatment:
Quenching 850 °C, the oil cold; Tempering 560 °C, water, oil, and cold.
Applications:
Used in the manufacture of high strength, large cross-section forgings such as supercharger transmission gear,rear axle,hummar shank etc.
High strength, hardenability, good toughness, low deformation in quenching, high creep strength and endurance.Used in the manufacture requirements higher than 35 crmo steel strength and conditioning section more large forgings, such as locomotive traction with the big gear, supercharger drive gear, rear axle, the load of connecting rod and a spring clip, can also be used to under 2000 m deep well of oil drill pipe joint and the fishing tool and so on.
