Grade 1.2080 / SKD1 / D3 mold steel is one of a cold work mold steel with excellent wear resistance and stability heat treatment. Widely used for deep drawing die.
The resistance welding electrode: Chromium, zirconimu, copper though the method combine with heat treatment and cold working to ensure is performance.
So that it has the best mechanical property and good physical property. high carbon,high chrome ledeburite cold work mould steel,has good hardenability characteristic and good wear resistance.
